Our home is a quick 5-minute walk to Long Sands Beach at the Bath House area. 15 minutes to Mt. Agamenticus overlooking York. White Mountains of NH are a short 2-hour drive. Fabulous shopping at the Kittery outlets is just a quick, 10-minute drive.

 

This charming, immaculate home has an open concept design, with a furnished living room, opened to a fully-applianced kitchen, which includes a dishwasher and microwave. This home features a washer/dryer, along with an outside shower with hot and cold water to comfortably rinse off after a fun-filled day at the beach.

 

Upstairs, there is a spacious primary bedroom with a queen bed. The second bedroom has a bunk with a twin on top and double below.  The third bedroom has twin bed and a double bed.  There is a full bathroom with shower/tub upstairs and a 1/2 bath on the first level.

 

Flat-panel TV in living room & TV in the primary BR and 3rd BR.  All TVs have cable.

 

Convenient off-street parking for 3-4 cars.
